Let’s face it: Not all staffing firms are created equal.

Anyone can pull resumes off the Internet, submit them for open jobs and call themselves a staffing firm. And sure, that works for some companies.

That’s just not how we do things.

We’ll get to know you and your business.
For beginners, we’ll meet with you before we’ve even discussed open positions or your staffing needs. We feel it’s helpful to meet face-to-face and get to know our clients. Plus, it’s nice—we enjoy meeting people, hearing about their companies and seeing what they do.

We think it’s helpful for you, too. You might want to know whom you’re dealing with and it’s a good idea to have a solid relationship with the company that provides you with personnel. After all, nothing affects a business more than the people who work for it.

Communication is key to finding out what you need.
Once we’ve gotten to know you, we’ll take the time to sit down and explore your company’s needs.
We know written job descriptions don’t always tell the whole story about what you may be looking for. Often the “perfect” job candidate doesn’t exist, so it’s helpful for us to find out what’s most important to you and your organization.

A few questions we might ask before we begin finding the right person for your position:
• What are you trying to achieve in filling this position?
• What are the “must haves” for a candidate?
• What types of personalities tend to be most successful in your corporate culture?
• What should a candidate know before coming in for a face-to-face interview with you?

An internal staff you can count on. Every day.
