Kenny leads an experienced team of executives dedicated to providing a foundation to allow Global to help national and international aerospace companies and local DFW businesses recruit and hire talented contract, temp-to-hire, and full-time professionals. With nearly 20 years of experience in all phases of the staffing industry, Kenny brings a unique perspective and a positive can do attitude to his position that translates down throughout the company. Under his leadership, Global has expanded from its well-established area of aerospace recruiting into several new markets bringing to them the same commitment of excellence and dedication for which Global is recognized.
Gene Rhoades, Executive VP and Chief Financial Officer
Upon his arrival at Global in 1994, Gene quickly made an impact by streamlining all of Global’s financial processes, enabling the company to set up its own weekly in-house payroll system—something unique to the staffing industry. Gene oversees all of the accounting duties of Global, including payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable and facilities management. His department prides itself on being customer-focused and easy to work with.
Scott J. Kostelecky, Chief Information Officer & Facility Security Officer
Scott is Chief Information Officer & Facility Security Officer of Global, a position he has held since 1999. His primary responsibilities include keeping Global’s network and technology solutions on the leading edge of the industry and overseeing Global’s unique in-house Background Check and Drug Screening Program. Formerly President of American Compliance (AmeriCom), a former subsidiary of Global, Scott developed an online reporting mechanism for D.O.T. drug testing and served on the Board of Directors until the company was acquired in the late 1990s.
