Scott J. Kostelecky - Chief Information Officer & Facility Security Officer

Scott is Chief Information Officer & Facility Security Officer of TeamGlobal, a position he has held since 1999. His primary responsibilities include keeping TeamGlobal’s network and technology solutions on the leading edge of the industry and overseeing TeamGlobal’s unique in-house Background Check and Drug Screening Program. Formerly President of American Compliance (AmeriCom), a former subsidiary of TeamGlobal, Scott developed an online reporting mechanism for D.O.T. drug testing and served on the Board of Directors until the company was acquired in the late 1990s.

Gene Rhoades - Executive VP and Chief Financial Officer

Upon his arrival at TeamGlobal in 1994, Gene quickly made an impact by streamlining all of TeamGlobal’s financial processes, enabling the company to set up its own weekly in-house payroll system—something unique to the staffing industry. Gene oversees all of the accounting duties of TeamGlobal, including payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable and facilities management. His department prides itself on being customer-focused and easy to work with.
